Matt D'Ambrosia has more than 20 years of experience building and managing innovative healthcare technology solutions. Matt has driven major strategies and sales initiatives for industry leaders at Cognos and Smith & Nephew. He patented and created the first mobile emergency care information system in the country – sharing healthcare data with first responders, ERs and LEMSAs. The technology was sold to a leading EMS technology company.

He has presented on topics including the value of payer based data automated at the point of care, Medicaid care coordination strategies as well as provider and patient engagement communication strategies. Venues included the University of California Irvine, Claremont Graduate University's Kay Center for E-Health Research and the National Science Foundation at Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Matt received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Southern Methodist University.

Matt competes in endurance races, including three Ironman finishes.

Spence Allen has more than 25 years of experience in financial management with technology companies. He has played a prominent role in the successful public offerings of Jet America Airlines, PDA Engineering and Interleukin Genetics.

Allen received a bachelor's degree in engineering science from the U.S. Air Force Academy, a Master of Science degree in electrical engineering from the University of Southern California and an MBA in finance from George Washington University.

Mike Grover is a senior healthcare IT executive with over 25 years of hands on experience in diverse sectors of healthcare. Primarily focused on developing software solutions, he has guided several organizations thru the complexity of HIPAA, electronic claims, and the emergence of an Electronic Health Record.

Mike has held executive positions with Accu-Med Health Technologies, Medical Communications Software and Fidelity National Commerce Velocity.

Grover founded Harvest Software and Percipio Technologies where he provided IT and software development services to a variety of industries including healthcare, finance, ecommerce and various membership-based organizations.

He has specific expertise in managing the software development life cycle (SDLC) as well as HIPAA and healthcare related standards such as HL-7 and X12 5010.

Mike is a Microsoft Certified developer and he holds a PMP certification. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Management from the University of Redlands and post graduate work at JFK University and Stanford Extension.

Most recently, Mike has been active in the behavioral health and long term care sectors.

Mike is an active racquetball player, woodworker and traveler. Raised in Mexico, educated in Canada and the US, he embraces cultural diversity and a commitment to community service.

Pat has over 25 years of Executive Sales and Sales Management experience in the healthcare service and IT sectors. His experience includes working complex sales deals with some of the leading commercial payers across the nation, as well as with CMS both at the national and the state level. Pat has grown sales organizations organically for several small, start-up and early stage healthcare organizations.

Most recently Pat was the Area Vice President for BioScrip, a national specialty home infusion provider. His work history includes Vice President of Sales for healthcare IT providers Silverlink and ZeOmega, among others.

Pat holds a BA in Business Administration from University of St. Thomas, St. Paul MN.

Mike is the Vice President of Client Partnerships at Vital Data Technology. In this role, Mike oversees all aspects of the customer life-cycle, serving as an ambassador for all clients and partners to ensure a world class customer experience. With nearly 12 years of experience in the healthcare technology space, Mike has lead functions from client acquisition through deployment to renewal for some of the most innovative HIT service providers in the industry.

Before joining Vital Data Technology, Mike was Vice President of Client Success for Pieces Technologies, Inc. Prior to that, Mike was Vice President of Client Management at Phytel, Inc., where he oversaw all facets of the customer relationship and channel partner management functions. Mike played a key role in building the business and ultimately the sale to IBM Watson Health; post acquisition he led various transitional business efforts to integrate Phytel into IBM’s business infrastructure. Preceding his tenure with Phytel and IBM Watson Health, Mike performed a variety of treasury functions for Affiliated Computer Service Inc. (now a Xerox Company) including corporate liquidity, short-term investments, credit facility management and capital equipment leasing. Mike began his career in healthcare technology as an account executive in WebMD Practice Services’ Solion division.

Mike holds a BBA in Finance and Management from Lamar University in Beaumont Texas.
